Rhinoscleroma is a rare chronic granulomatous infection predominately affecting the sipper respiratory tract caused by Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis, a gram negative aerobic coccobacillus. This disease is endemic to Africa, central and South America, South central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and China.
