Exacerbation of atrial fibrillation related to dulaglutide use
Abstract
Abstract Dulaglutide is associated with sinus tachycardia, increased PR interval, and 1st degree AV block. These conduction abnormalities can increase the risk of arrhythmia. Dulaglutide should be used with caution in patients with pre‐existing arrhythmia.
