THE IMMUNE PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF THE TOMATO COLLECTION FOR AN OPEN FIELD

Abstract

The detailed knowledge of biological and genetic (cytogenesis) peculiarities, as well as the presence of a high-level competition, requires the implementation and the maintenance in the improvement programs the following objectives: the productivity, the quality, early growth, the ecological plasticity, the resistance to diseases and pests. The characteristics of tomato population from the tomato collection designed for the open fi eld after the physiological attributes. The studied range is generally resistant to the agents Mycoplasma and Xanthomonas, to the agent Phytophthora infestans were put out four categories of cultivation, resistant, medium resistant, medium sensitive to the degree of attack between 10-80%.
