PECULIARITIES OF PHYSICAL AND PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL STATES OF WOMEN AFTER ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN PREGRAVIDAL AND GESTATIONAL PERIODS

Abstract

The comparative analysis of physical and mental health of women with physiological pregnancy and pregnancy after assisted reproductive technologies was carried out. High frequency of gynecological and extragynecological pathology, prolong period of infertility and period of psychophysical maladjustment are the reason of neuroticism, psychopatia and family disharmony, complications of pregnancy with high risk of miscarriage. Ascertained peculiarities require reasonable approach to the planning of pregnancy with the using of ART, including the implementation of the complex of preventive, therapeutic and supportive care with obligatory inclusion of individual and family psycho-correction from pregravidal period up to delivery
