Administration of combating illicit trafficking of synthetic drugs: the concept and essence

Abstract

The article explores the concept and essence administration to combat trafficking of synthetic drugs and psychotropic substances. Analyzed the views of scientists on the concept of administration and the author suggests a notion of the term administration to combat trafficking of synthetic drugs and psychotropic substancesand precursors.
