PROVIDING THE POPULATION OF THE KEMEROVO REGION WITH HOUSING AND ESTABLISHMENTS OF THE WELFARE SPHERE IN 1943 – 1948

Abstract

The paper discusses whether the housing stock and the establishments of the welfare sphere which existed in the Kemerovo region in 1943 – 1948 satisfied the requirements of the population. The main attention is paid to the problem of housing and other civil objects construction, and that of staffing the welfare establishments. Another issue to be considered is supplying the population with tap water.
