Abstract

Cognitive behaviours are encoded and regulated by coordinated activity-induced transcriptional changes. Through single-cell RNA sequencing, the authors classify diverse cell types in mouse prefrontal cortex and analyze their transcriptional adaptations in adolescence and drug addiction.
