MODELS FOR EVALUATION OF THE QUALITY OF B2B SERVICES
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to answer the question: is there a model for assessing the quality of B2B services, which is generally valid and recommended for all companies providing services to business users. To achieve this goal, the article provides a theoretical overview of models for assessing the quality of B2B services. The existing models are examined in a comparative aspect, clarifying their nature, features and indicators by which the quality of services is assessed.
