PENINGKATAN PEMERATAAN, MUTU, RELEVANSI, TATA KELOLA DAN AKUNTABILITAS PENDIDIKAN TAMAN KANAK-KANAK
Abstract
This qualitative study aims to describe the management of kinderhartens in Central Kalimantan, focusing on accessibility, quality, relevance, and accountability. Data were collected in 7 regencies in the province by using techniques of survey on-the-spot, documentation, and focussed-group-discussion. The result of micro- as well as macro-qualitative analyses reveal that kindergartens were not effectively nor efficiently managed yet. Government support seems to be highly needed to better the current conditions
