Identification of Elements of Intellectual Capital of Construction Enterprises

Abstract

Under conditions of transformational processes, the role of intellectual capital, which determines the development processes at construction enterprises, increases. At domestic enterprises there observed a low level of intellectual capital, which negatively affects their functioning. Moreover, the presented processes are exacerbated at construction enterprises, which are among the companies that determine the development of the state. The aim of the article is to systematize the theoretical and methodological approaches to identifying elements of intellectual capital of construction enterprises. As a result of the research, the structural elements of intellectual capital of construction enterprises are identified: human capital; intellectual property; organizational and branded equity; market assets; investment and innovation, and social capital; stakeholder relationships; information support.
