The research is based on investigating the relationship between mental well-being and psychological resilience of university students according to some demographic variables. For this purpose, 57 university students whose ages ranged from 18 to 24 were administered the “Psychological Resilience Scale” and the “Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale”. The “Personal Information Form” was also used to determine demographic information. As a result of the study, it was observed that the students' mental well-being (with a score of 51.85 ± 9.99) and psychological resilience were “good”. It was found that the scores obtained from mental well-being and psychological resilience scale did not differ significantly according to gender groups. When the relationship between mental well-being and psychological resilience of the students is examined; the subscale of ’social resources’ of the Psychological Resilience Scale was found to have a negative and low significant correlation with mental well-being. No significant correlational relationship was observed between other subscales of psychological resilience and mental well-being.
