STATUS AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL CENTERS OFFERING PUBLIC AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES IN STAVROPOL

Abstract

The article discusses the activities at the multifunctional centers in the Stavropol region from the perspective of the standards for offering public and municipal services; the analysis is based a pilot study, done in order to see how much the activities of MFCs complies with the relevant administrative regulations, as well as to measure the level of satisfaction among the applicants regarding the accessibility and the quality of standardized services.
