We report on the tunability of the frequency-dependent permittivity of a metal-ferroelectric-metal (MFM) capacitor fabricated with P(VDF-TrFE), an organic ferroelectric material. The permittivity of MFM capacitor can be tuned by an applied bias voltage and its tunable range depends on frequency. We observed a permittivity tunability of ∼2.5% at 2 GHz for the P(VDF-TrFE) MFM capacitor, proving the feasibility of P(VDF-TrFE) for use in the microwave frequency band.
