The objective of the research was focused on analyzing the quality of knowledge management and intellectual capital in the technological group Banco del Austro del Ecuador. It was based from a descriptive perspective with a non-experimental cross-sectional field design. The importance of intellectual capital is based on the fact that all organizations have become much more competitive and due to this, companies have been born that have taken on great importance in the financial market. To become a leading organization, it is necessary to take full advantage of the value found in intellectual capital. The current guidelines force to include knowledge as an economic resource, it has become an intangible asset that currently affects the correct functioning of companies, ventures and projects, the intelligence factor or knowledge factor has to be fully identified and measured.
