The human rights concept has its origins in the ancient Greek and Roman systems of ideas. All these extentions were made starting with the cultural, political and economical relationships in theancient Greeek, especially starting the year of 410 before Christ, when great psilosophers of the empire beganto understand and to analyse the already existing relations between the secular fortress state, religion andindividual.Concluding, ancient Greek is representative for that period of time through its great personalities suchas Hesiod with his Teogonia. Afterwards, the great man of law Solon ( 638-559 before Christ) exterminatedslavery and was the first to debate upon the Athenian democracy.
