Success is not a precise term and people have different definitions of success. The first step towards achieving personal success is to decide what it represents to each of us. No matter which version of success is accepted as notoriously, people who want to get to the top you should find out as much detail as possible about the behavior of large and important individuals who have achieved their dream . Neither success nor a business, does not come overnight. The main recommendation is to at least try to be good with more people. One of the processes by which people influence the emotions of others is an emotional "contagion". It is the process by which feeling, facial expressions and behavior of a person transferred to another person or even a group of people . When a person expresses a particular emotion, nonverbal reactions of those around her begin to automatically mimic, mirror image, her facial expressions, body language and tone of voice. For example, when we close colleague cheerfully recounts how he got a raise, it is very likely that we will unconsciously begin smile , take a more open body posture and talk louder. The muscles of the brain to signal our facial expression and posture so that we will soon have to begin to experience the same emotion. But this “transfer" occurs in the case of negative emotions The success of the company is determined by its organizational structure and opportunities in the region. Management measures management company regulated by its organizational structure, but it can not influence the situation in the region. Therefore, the company must adapt to the conditions prevailing in their environment. Organizational Behavior companies is a way to adapt to changes in its environment, and the establishment of interpersonal relationships in its structure. The essence of modern relationships in organizations is based on teamwork, and that means almost perfect functioning of the entire system of business communications in the enterprise, both with each other and with business partners, local and central authorities. Good business results are a consequence of the establishment of high-quality business communications and observed the performance of organizations in the public, both in the local environment, and , even more , national, and beyond, globally. When information about the business objectives of the organization communicated or known to motivate the public to support the business policy of the organization. Based on the knowledge of the personal and organizational work the results of operations will inevitably be followed by numerous social and professional recognition to individuals, teams, or the organization as a whole , which is certainly merit policy of public relations.
