Aiming at the problems of data transmission errors in gas monitoring sub-stations and frequent disconnection of network ports, which affects the transmission failure of the entire industrial Ethernet redundant ring network, by studying the length and layout of high-speed signal design, the problems of network transmission faults caused by design omissions such as unequal length of high-speed signal transmission lines and impedance mismatch are solved. From the fault phenomenon, Web page fault records and the underlying switch data to analyze the cause, the theoretical principle and layout of high-speed differential signal line to change the hardware circuit. The hardware circuit of the theory and layout of the high-speed differential signal line is changed. The laboratory test and field feedback show that the phase and impedance of the high-speed signal of the modified mine sub-station are consistent, and the communication is restored to normal, which effectively solves the on-site fault problem.
