Causes analysis and nursing countermeasures of drug exudation by intravenous infusion in operation patients (手术患者静脉输液药物渗出的原因分析及护理对策)

Abstract

This paper analyzed the potential causes of drug exudation in patients undergoing intravenous infusion during operation, and to summarize the nursing measures for preventing drug exudation during intravenous infusion. The causes of drug exudation during intravenous infusion mainly included issues of the patient, drug-associated issues, technical reasons during infusion, management defects and surgical requirements. Effective nursing countermeasures should be carried out to reduce the risk of drug exudation, relieve the pain of patients and improve the quality of nursing. (本文总结了分析了手术期间静脉输液发生药物渗出的原因以及相关对策。影响静脉输液药物渗出的因素主要有患者因素、药物因素及护理人员操作和管理等因素。临床可根据上述因素制定针对性的干预对策, 积极预防静脉输液药物渗出, 减轻患者痛苦, 提高护理质量。)
