ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION ON THE REGIONAL LABOR MARKET FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Abstract

In this paper we analyzed the statistics on the number of people with disabilities in the workforce structure of the Stavropol Territory, and the conditions of their employment opportunities in enterprises and institutions in the region. It is concluded that the economic crisis, employers are not interested in the employment of disabled persons due to their low competitiveness, high costs for the creation of specialized jobs, the creation of special conditions. An analysis of the economic instruments used for the employment of disabled persons, proposes measures to encourage employers to expand the involvement of disabled people to work.
