Normalization of administrative procedures as the direction in the improvement of the legal providing of activity of organs of local self-government

Abstract

In the article the role of the Administrative-procedural code in the improvement of the legal providing of activity of organs of local self-government is defined ; modern legislative base in the field of administrative procedures is analyzed; the necessity of acceptance of the Administrative-procedural code is gained; general description to the project of this code is given in the article.
