Engaging meaningfully in the Fulbright Mentor Talks Program under supervision of the Fulbright Office in Kyiv was critical to improve both abilities to communicate with American Studies auditorium in Ukraine and also to boost this field as a prospective in our University`s teaching system. Mentors` main approach was focused on using by participants of content and thematic analyses for every topical discussion. Generalized feedback about the whole course from the students definitely refers to the necessity of more profound understanding of historical background of any events and developments in the USA of present-day. As a broad conclusion we assumed that Ukrainian educational system in the dimension of the humanities lacks of teaching programs which resonate to current needs of Ukrainian (foreign) policy-making institutions such as American Studies. And the experience from participation in the Mentor Program Course can be used to deliver of more contextual and practically oriented knowledge for students, with a focus on maximising acceptability and feasibility.
