DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN LOCATIONS AND THEIR ROLE IN PROTECTION OF POPULATION HEALTH

Abstract

The article shows the progress in the implementation of the reform of the health care sector in recent years, called optimization. However, on the example of Kuzbass, the actual state of affairs is given, which has to be recognized as an unsuccessful attempt to "optimize healthcare in the 2010s".
