Design and application of a user friendly tracheotomy catheter fixation belt to prevent pressure injuries (一种防止压力性损伤简便型气切寸带的设计与应用)

Abstract

The tracheotomy catheter fixation belt plays a crucial role in keeping patency of the airway and stability of tracheotomy tube. The belt currently used in clinical practice has several limitations such as susceptibility to contamination, inability to adjust elasticity, complex procedure of replacement, etc. In order to improve the efficacy of clinical practice and reduce the risk of pressure injuries, it is required to modify belt currently used or develop a new type of tracheotomy catheter fixation belt which is resistant to contaminated, adjustable and easy-to-use. This new type of tracheotomy catheter fixation belt contains two movable cotton pads and velcro tapes. It can not only prevent pressure injuries, but also improve patient comfort and optimize the procedure of clinical nursing practice. (气管切开套管固定寸带(简称气切寸带)作为气管切开术后用于固定气管套管的关键装置, 在保障患者呼吸道通畅、维持气管套管稳定等方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。现有常规气切寸带存在易被污染、松紧度无法调节、更换繁琐等局限性, 因此, 改良或开发一种具有抗污染、可调节、易操作等特性的新型气管切开套管固定装置, 对于提高临床护理效率、降低压力性损伤风险具有重要的研究价值和应用意义。本实用新型防止压力性损伤简便型气切寸带设计有可移动棉垫、魔术粘贴结构, 具有可调节、易操作等优势, 不仅能有效预防压力性损伤, 提高患者舒适度, 而且优化了护理操作流程, 有助于提升护理工作效率。)
