Background: Nora's lesion is a benign osteochondromatous proliferation involving the surface of the bone; it presents as exophytic outgrowths very rarely found in the spinal cord. To our knowledge, only one other case of spinal intradural extramedullary bizarre parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation has been reported. Case Presentation: We report the case of a 20-year-old female who presented with paraparesis for the last 2 years. We operated on her and removed the lesion, pressing the cord; the patient had dramatically improved postoperatively, with near total recovery after 6 months. Bizarre parosteal osteochondromatous was reported on histopathological examination. Conclusion: As it is rare, so thus needs to be said.
