USING THE PROJECT POTENTIAL IN THE STEVEDORING COMPANIES PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS
Abstract
The article develops ideas for a two-tiered review category "operational capacity" - at the enterprise level and at the level of a specific project. It is proposed to use the potential of the project at the project management processes. The assessment the potential components of the project are classified as "weak" and "strong". The main directions of use of these components in the management are determined.
