Education is taken by international organizations as a variable to measure the economic development of a country, where through its investigative, cooperative activities and social partnership with the higher education sector is called to make a contribution of new roads for a better future of the society. In this context education management is analyzed as the main problems facing Indigenous Autonomous University of Mexico (UAIM) to reach the levels of educational quality standards required by the Secretary of Higher Education, through this article we examine the educational management in its four dimensions: pedagogical, organizational, community and administrative, as well as the articulation of these to improve the functioning of the institution. The methodology has a descriptive approach we consider the most appropriate to analyze significant aspects of educational management. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 25 workers UIAM results being obtained that shows that 75.% Have perceived the benefits that educational management within the daily activities of the institution.
