Use of a tomography for diagnostics of anatomical and topographical changes in temporomandibular joints with distal occlusion adolescents
Abstract
The aim of the study was to identify anatomical and topographical features of temporomandibular joints in patients with distal occlusion. Material studies provided tomography of temporomandibular joint obtained in 28 patients with distal occlusion. As a result, according to the tomograms revealed anatomical and topographic changes in temporomandibular joints in patients with distal occlusion. The data obtained should be considered when the orthopedic treatment of patients with this pathology
