Contradictions of countries instruments protection use of national interests under hidden protectionism

Abstract

The article reviews current trends engagement in international trade. Protection mechanisms of countries' national interests that are allowed by the World Trade Organization are determined. The use of non-tariff protectionist oriented instruments in the practice of WTO members is proved. Inability to reach a consensus among WTO members in decision making and tasks of Doha Round is grounded.
