A RELAÇÃO ENTRE CANTO E MITO NO RITO AIKEWÁRA
Abstract
In the group of tradicional knowledges that include the most varied fields of the knowledge of the indigenous people the song (music) doesn't present a status differentiated as it happens in our society, but it is associated to other practices as the construction of the musical instruments, the narration of the myths, the performance of the dances and rituals. Based in the oral tradition of Aikewára the article emphases the relationship between song and myth to analize the integration and interaction and the Sapurahái of Karuára.RESUMO: No conjunto de saberes que abrangem os mais variados campos do conhecimento dos povos indígenas o canto (música) não apresenta um status diferenciado como ocorre em nossa sociedade, mas está associado a outras práticas como a construção dos instrumentosmusicais, a narração dos mitos, a execução das danças e rituais. Com base na tradição oral dos Aikewára o artigo dá ênfase à relação entre canto e mito para mostrar sua integração e interação com o Sapurahái de Karuára.
