Muscular pseudohypertrophy associated with severe congenital hypothyroidism has been described as Kocher Debre Semelaigne syndrome, which is a rare disorder. We report a case of 9year old female child with hypothyroidism, limb muscular pseudo-hypertrophy with involvement of masseter muscle along with pericardial effusion in Kocher-Debré-Semelaigne syndrome.
