Human rights are all those privileges that equally belong to the whole human population, irrespective of caste, color, religion, or any other difference. The United Nations Charter and International Humanitarian Law are infused with the recognition and implementation of human rights. The principal objective of these legislatures is to protect humanity from the blight of war and provide equal rights and liberties to different sects of the human population. It is the responsibility of the United Nations to ensure that all rights and principles outlined in its charter are being fulfilled. Islam is the second-largest religion in the world. However, Muslims exist as a minority in many parts of the world. This research article investigates the current situation of Muslims in different regions, such as the United Kingdom, America, France, India, and Jerusalem. This research paper probes the reasons for anti-Muslim attacks and reforms specifically in France and India. This paper inquiries about the changes that the United Nations Charter of Human Rights has brought to the state of the Muslims residing in these areas.
