Abstract

Electronic writing has become competitive with paper or traditional writing because of the legislator’s recognition of the electronic document as proof that includes a set of digital data and information processed electronically, 04-15 and adopting the principle of functional equivalence, which is based on the idea of equivalence of results. Recognition of electronic documents as evidence, along with traditional documents, needs technical protection for these documents by taking a set of measures that work to protect the database related to the editor to maintain information security through a digital signature, which is a source of trust and security and enables us to reveal the identity of the contracting parties on the basis of The electronic certification certificate, and data security is achieved through encryption technology, which increases the evidentiary strength of the electronic editor.
