Abdominal primitive neuroectodermal tumor. Case report

The primitive neuroectodérmico tumor PNET is a very strange lesion. It represents one of the more malignant tumors. It manifests itself by a complicated histological diversity and a genetic complex expression, with varied clinic always malignant. Getting informed of cases at different locations. Masculine patient, 13 months old, with abdominal distension. In abdominal US a tumoral heterogeneous image is detected, measuring 86 mm without circumscribing organ of origin. Ascitis of moderate quantity. Getting defined in the biopsy tumor of round cells, high-grade of malignity with patron of Ewing /PNET extra-osseous located in the abdomen. Surgical resection of the lesion. During the late post operatic nodular imageries appear in bottom of bag, soft parts, left-handed hepatic lobe and bilateral hidronefrosis for dissemination of the disease.
