The purpose of this paper is to highlight the underlying metaphysics and anthropology of the productivist energetist paradigm which appears at the beginning of modernity with the development of capitalism and mutates with the arrival of cybernetics during du 20th century. We thus move form an exclusive anthropology based on the separation between human and nature to an integrative anthropology aiming to surpass this opposition by conveiving interconneted and systemic wholes. In either case, the energetic productivism proceeds by capturing the sensitive matter and time. In contrast to this paradigm, we will consider what we call an inclusive anthropology based on a multi-specific energetics which gives way to the deployment of inter-specific links and of a sensitive memory. The history of Loire and the interest the river arouses today in the framework of an hypothetical « Loire parliamant » will lead us in this thinking.
