The population of the investigation this research Including university professors and experts the field of tourism ,Of course, the condition of complete knowledge of the desert tourism, And especially, familiar with Shahdad Kerman desert Has been. number of samples In the end 34 people with use of non probability sampling and The combination of Targeted and chain Was selected. base of destination managemen indexes On Model Karachi and Ritchie Extraction and localization using the Delphi method was. And on the basis of a questionnaire was prepared that Cronbach's alpha values Showed good reliability.also To target determination Rank And indicators status of Weighting method, Normalization, Calculation of weighted rating And finally, Rating weak indicators were calculated.
