In the rapidly evolving landscape of the Information Technology (IT) industry, the confluence of a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment, coupled with the distinctive characteristics of Generation Z professionals, presents multifaceted challenges and opportunities. This exploratory study delves into the intricate interplay between the IT sector's dynamics, the VUCA challenges it encounters, and the unique attributes of Generation Z employees. Through an extensive review of existing literature, this research aims to dissect the nuanced intersections, shedding light on how Generation Z individuals navigate the complexities of the VUCA IT realm.
