In the library of Landévennec Abbey, there is a Passion of the Christ, copied in 1724 by Yves Le Borgne, who lived in Pleudaniel. Through three extracts, the author of this article proposes a sociolinguistic reading of the play. Indeed, the dialectal variants between Trégor and Goëlo introduced in the play make it possible to hear differences of register between the characters.
