Theoretical aspects of innovations in the education of civil servants and officials of local self-government
Abstract
This article deals with the revealing of the theoretical aspects of innovations in the education of civil servants and officials of local self-government. It considers the assignment of innovative components (forms, methods, technologies etc.) of the educational process in the work of civil servants. It is carried out the comparison of innovative approaches in managerial staff education with the components of traditional education. The essence and content of the innovative system of civil servants training are determined and emphasized the aim of innovations in education. The introduction complex of didactic conditions of innovative system for the government authority employees training is induced in the work. It also observes the basic components of innovative education for civil servants. The article outlines a number of theoretical positions concerning the practice of using the innovative aspects in such areas as training and advanced training of civil servants. It is laid stress on the necessity to implement the innovation and application of a systematic approach to the training of civil servants. The article shows the relationship between the implementation of innovations in the education of civil servants and priority areas of state personnel policy.
