SOME PECULIARITIES OF PROCEDURAL WORK OF DEFENSE COUNSEL IN THE COURT OF SUPERVISION INSTANCE

Abstract

Work of lawyer in the court of supervision instance differs from his actions in courts of subordinate instances, that's why preconditions to final decision on the considered issue are concentrated in his hands. The matter of lawyer power on the represent interests of clients in the courts of supervision instance is considered in the article.
