Research progress on influencing factors of evidence-based nursing ability of nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals (中西医结合医院护士循证护理能力影响因素研究进展)

Abstract

Based on the theory of evidence-based nursing ability, this paper summarized present situation and influencing factors of evidence-based practice ability of nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals. In perspectives of practice, attitude, knowledge skill and relationship between evidence-based nursing skills and various influencing factors, a multi-level analysis on research progress of nurses’ evidence-based nursing ability was conducted, aiming to provide guidance and reference to promote the development of evidence-based practice ability and related training programs for nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals. (以循证护理能力理论为基础, 对中西医结合医院护士循证实践能力现状及影响因素进行概述, 分别从循证实践行为、循证实践态度、循证知识技能及循证护理能力水平与各影响因素之间的关系, 多层次分析中西医结合医院护士循证护理能力研究进展, 为促进中医院护士强化循证实践能力及相关培训方案的制定提供指导性意见与参考。)
