SYSTEM OF WORK OF THE LOCAL COMMITTEE OF THE FOUNDATION MISSION RIBAS IN THE STATE COJEDES / SISTEMA DE TRABAJO DEL COMITÉ ESTADAL DE LA FUNDACIÓN MISIÓN RIBAS EN EL ESTADO COJEDES

Abstract

The work system for the Local Committee of the Foundation Mission Ribas in the State Cojedes, constitutes the purpose of this work. The result of interviews, observation and the author's experience evidences that although the Local Committee of the Foundation Mission Ribas in the State Cojedes has the necessary knowledge to develop the emanated lines of the National Direction framed in the Plan Simón Bolívar inadequacies they still exist in the Management System that affect the results and the strategic development of the Local Committee. The proposal of a work system for the Local Committee of the Foundation Mission Ribas in the State Cojedes adjusted in function of its current reach corroborates the objectivity of the same one.
