Application of multi-specialty health education platform in perioperative health education for patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids surgery (“跨专科健康教育平台”在肛肠科混合痔围手术期健康教育中的应用)

Objective To investigate the effect of multi-specialty health education platform in perioperative health education for patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids surgery. Methods A total of 300 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into observation group (n=150) and the control group (n=150) . The control group received routine health education, while observation group received health education based on multi-specialty health education platform. The treatment compliance and patient satisfaction were measured and compared between two groups. Results The postoperative treatment compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group (P< 0. 05) . The rate of satisfaction with health education in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Health Education by multi-specialty health education platform can effectively increase the patient satisfaction and improve the postoperative treatment compliance of patients after mixed hemorrhoids surgery. (目的 探讨“跨专科健康教育平台”在混合痔围手术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法 2021年1月—6月行混合痔手术治疗的300例患者随机分为观察组和对照组, 各150例。对照组采用常规健康教育, 观察组在对照组基础上基于“跨专科健康教育平台”实施健康教育。观察2组术后治疗依从性以及对健康教育的满意度。结果 观察组术后治疗依从性及对健康教育的满意度均优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 利用“跨专科健康教育平台”对肛肠科混合痔手术患者实施健康教育, 可有效提高患者治疗依从性, 提升满意度。)
