INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT IN THE STRUCTURE OF HIGHER

Abstract

This article discusses the main directions of innovative development department in the structure of the university. On the example of the Department of Vocational Education and management of educational systems in the structure of the Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University based regional development strategy conditions Nizhny Novgorod region, the development strategy of the university, the purposes and program of innovative development department. Highlighted mission, purpose, social and pedagogical mechanisms innovative development department: represented the totality of projects that provide the required quality of education, the development of creative abilities of the teacher and students, the educational system intensifies the department and the university as a whole.
