La detención preventiva carcelaria. Sustituible por la vigilancia electrónica

Abstract

This research analyzes the purposes, classes, origin and requirements of the prison custody. This paper also addresses the electronic surveillance and its administrative regulation in Colombia. The possibility of replacing the custody by electronic surveillance is also discussed, based on the interpretation of articles 313 and 315 of our criminal law procedure and article 250 of the Constitution.
