This paper discusses telework banalization. If telework dissimination is controversial, practices of telework may be idientified as banal. This is linked with loss of specificities concerning work and residential mobility, but also in relation with integration into the ordinary system. Discussion is supported by a scientific review, by data concerning case of full-time telework located in Gers (called Soho solo), by a qualitative survey about part-time telework in Safran Nacelles Group (site of Le Havre) and by the analysis of the ordinance n° 2017-1387, included in the labour law, 22th september 2017.
