Design of centralized control system for gangue filling and feeding conveying in coal mine

A gangue filling feeding and conveying centralized control system is designed. S7-300 PLC is used to build the main control station of the system, and the vibration and material level are monitored by underground vibration sensor, radar material level meter and material sensor. Analyze the status of the material position and feeding pipeline of the feeding conveying system and present it in the upper computer software, and give alarm information when the faults such as blocking the warehouse and pipe occur. iFIX configuration software is used to design the man-machine interface of the upper computer, and the centralized control and maintenance of the belt conveyor, feeder and related equipment of the feeding conveying system are realized. The centralized control system adopts structured program design, which is easy to operate and maintain in later period, and ensures the safe and efficient operation of gangue filling feeding and conveying system.
