The study, through an interdisciplinary dialogue between Music and Law, invites the reader to reflect on the slow appreciation and representation, especifically of female brazilian composers and conductors, accompanied by instruments offered by and by the State itself, with public policies and legal provisions, in a territorial context riddled with historical inequalities. Achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls musicians, in addition to being one of the goals of the UN Agenda for 2030, is a constitutional right/duty, considering the various guidelines established in the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Grounded on a brief musical, theoretical, legislative and actions of female musicians, the text proposes reflections on the exercise of citizenship and cybercitizenship to create more opportunities and greater gender equality.
