Four experimental hybrids and two commercial hybrids of Sorghum bicolor cv bicolor X Sorghum bicolor cv sudanense were evaluated regarding their nutritional value: crude protein (CP%), dry matter in vitro digestibility (DMIVD %), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), lignin, P and Ca. The hybrids were submitted to three successive cuts, accomplished at two different planting times. A randomized blocks design was used and the comparison of means was done by using the SNK test (p<0.05). The hybrids showed differences regarding ADF, CP and P. All the evaluated hybrids showed good quality standard, showing the high potential of sorghum with sudangrass hybrids.
