In this work we analyze the teaching of law, and more specifically the teaching of criminology as part of project governance, social, political, cultural manifested with a control that is bourgeois, sexist and racist and that operationalizes the rule of law that starts from the rule of law within the framework of legal positivism formalistic. This line is dedicated to the teaching of criminology attention, considering that brings together two interrelated elements of analysis, teaching of law, which studies how to convey knowledge and expertise in the area of law in this reductionist paradigm to the realm of the codes, laws, operation of the judicial instances, and also the problem of teaching criminology and criminology, and the scientific discipline that seeks to understand the relationship between fact defined as crime and instances of official criminality, and how contemporary legal paradigm and teaching the right influences in this discipline, and with it, the understanding one has of the crime, and the system. This work is built predominantly from bibliographic references and guided by an analysis permitted the accumulation of theoretical and empirical critical criminology.
