Safety of Information System on Emergence of Semantic Instability

Abstract

We study the question of the effect of semantic instability and a possible violation of the safe mode of the information system. A similar effect occurs in the construction of specialized information systems, such as the blogosphere and other dynamic online communities. In a more general formulation, we consider the problem of finding the individual on “information path” left by him that currently comes to the fore in information technology.
